We see the whole person, not just the localised area where pain is emanating. Our approach combines physical therapies and where appropriate, trauma therapy to look for the source of your discomfort and identify how and why you are experiencing it. It's not always as straightforward as an injury from a fall, accident, or overexertion. While clients presenting with these issues can be treated initially for immediate pain relief, we also focus on rehabilitation to prevent weakness and any recurrence of pain. Other clients come to us with pain they have tolerated for years, often saying, 'it just keeps coming back.' This type of pain can impede mobility and overall health, making it harder to pinpoint the root causes. Interviewing your nervous system in real time, we can identify the primary reasons for pain and weaknesses. If you have had a complaint for a long time, we will not 'fix it' in one session. Our aim is to work with you through assessing and improving your condition to help you regain control of your body. This process may take 3-4 visits. We don't offer quick fixes; instead, we prioritize improved mobility and movement so you can live your best life.
